Since they have put in place the use of a rechargeable card, where they refuse my money unless I charge it onto their card for printing, I have stopped going to Officeworks for any reason.While I have been considering buying a printer, I have been taking my business elsewhere.

Seriously Ofticeworks when you do a click and collect do I still need to follow the queue to the cashier to show my order number and then wait for item? This is not the first time but seems a regular Occurrence at this store . PS I am a business customer

A nightmare! Came last month, then this month again just to print a few pages. Both times failed. Your staff have zero clue how to troubleshoot or have any customer service. Great you're going to receive new machines. But if you don't train your staff, why bother? If you dont want to train, hire inept people! One dude doesn't even know how to spell Xerox! Your manager is rude and condescending too! Not once did any of them apologise. They blamed your head office, the printers themselves and the printer providers. The manager had every excuse under the sun except for the truth. Incompetence. Manager and the guy serving me both left without even returning my flash drive. I had to ask for it. Apparently they couldnt close one of the printer doors. Seriously..... I don't doubt them but I doubt that they actually tried to solve the issue. They didn't even tell me the issue until I asked them. 1 printer had a connection issue, the other hardware issue. Get your acts together!

To begin with i was the only customer at the counter. i was ignored. finally a counter server who was on his computer acknowleged me and said someone else would serve me when she finished her job. so i waited. later he dealt with another customer and not me, i still hadnt been served, and the litany of poor service continued.i had previously ordered this product and had just ran into the store to collect it as i had been sent the text to say it was ready for pickup with the instructions to just show my barcode.i feel the customer service has dropped at this store.if you can go to another officeworks i would
